I have run this boat for 2 years. I really like the boat. This is the single console model and has plenty of room for 3 people throwing muskie lures. Good storage overall and I can put our 8' 6" and 9' rods in the port side compartment and lockable. The boat does sit high on the trailer, I think this is because of the deep V in front. I have the keel guard. I find it easier to get the boat on the trailer on a flatter pad than one that is in deep water. Maybe this is just me. I purchased the boat from Mr. Marine in Fond du lac, WI. They are a Mercury dealer and put a Merc on a Skeeter. The motor is a 150 4stk with a SS prop. I can do 48 mph top end. Yamaha is a good motor but I wanted a Merc. The boat is very stable with people moving around while fishing. I can fish a 500 acre lake or water as big as Vermilion in MN. The boat can float in about 18" of water. Photo.
