Location: Alsip, IL		My 2 bank ranger dual pro charger is not working. Gives me a lone flashing LED on bank 2 which they said means that bank 2 is not detecting a battery. It's not the battery cause they are both brand new interstates from may of 2014. Curious if anyone has had this problem. Anyone ever worked on one of these or should I just buy a new charger. I think this one is 5 yrs old.
