This is likely due to invalid network Data Source or Global/Local settings. On the Touch 9, go to Pages, Settings, Network, Data Sources, Sonar, Water Temp, then specify the source Local, then select your proper temp sensor (likely reading sensor from your transducer, so source would be "this device").
