On you power cable you can bend them slightly to make better contact if that dont work send it into humminbird those are the steps i took for same problem. They ended up putting a new power control board in it,,,, is power turning off 100 percent ? Mine was just going blue still getting power but not enough,, I think they need 10.6 volts to run
