I have a 1997 175EFI and the water pressure reads about 12psi while on plane. Depending on where the crack is in the line, and you have enough length in the line, just reattach to the gauge and you should be good to go. If you need to replace just do a google search. I replaced mine last fall. The kit comes with everything including the water line.
