Location: Eagle river		The WORST customer service in the industry bar none. They flat out refused to replace my blue top even though it was under warranty. They drug out everything until the warranty was up then they were off the hook. The Interstate dealer that had the battery for almost a year felt so bad for me that they gave me a new interstate battery free of charge. I will Never buy optima again.
