My prop says 48 then a serial number 19p. It is an alum. prop. Is steel or stainless steel better? I would have to check rpm at idle. Hole shot is ok (no rocket ship), boat handled great. motor purrs like a kitten. I thought these motors were supposed to run at 5250, the best i got was 4750 (I believe) according to the gauge. I'm very happy with it. I just wanted to make sure I was at peak performance. Thank you so much for your help.
