Yes.. The 2006 620 sits lower than 2005 or 2008 or newer. I've been fishing LSC for 6 years out of a 2006 620 and only cast. The hull is fast and handles big water great. The 2005/2008+ have a steeper keel that does handle rougher water better but it's still a nice safe ride on big water. Have I taken water over bow? Yes, few times pointed directly in big waves when at idle or using trolling motor but nothing serious... Just a little water on deck. It's a great boat for family too! I use it to chase all fish on even small really small shallow lakes, plus we as a family tube/wakeboard and ski from it all the time. It's really a great family boat besides being a fishing machine.
