Location: WI		As shep said in WI it is law and I was just talking to a guy while fishing the other night who was in an accident about 5 years ago where he collided with a boat that didn't Have its lights on. The guy turned them on after and told the cops and DNR that he did. He ended up getting fined and had to pay for damages.

I know bugs can be bad but it's the law and I sure don't want a 40mph Speer T- boning me.
