Location: Kingston, Ontario | I think for 99 you can get the Navionics+ chip. This will give you 1ft contour detail everywhere available. I think its the same data as the web app. There are two features of the + chip: it's rewriteable so you can change the region on the chip anytime you want and you can do your own sonar recordings and upload them to improve the accuracy of the data as well. Not sure how effective the recording data is at improving on existing data but would be good for lakes that aren't mapped. |
