Hey guys, need some input? Got a 94 evinrude 150. Borrowed it out today, ran fine last 3 days, he used it, ran across the lake, fished, started it back up, and when he shifts, it just revs, no propulsion. Prop is there, had him jimmy back and forth between reverse and drive, same thing both ways. Sounds like a throtle cable issue, but not sure if its in shifter or motor end. any ideas or input would be helpful please. Thanks!!
