Dennis is correct, there is a self-resetting overload relay in the unit.

Check your wiring all the way back to the batteries. Wire should be at least 8 gauge from batteries for a 24 volt system, 6 is better. Check your plug and receptacle wiring connections. Pull your prop off and check for fishing line.
