I just removed my Hamby's keel guard; it took less than an hour. I drilled a hole in the keel guard where it was coming off the hull and put in an eye-bolt with a few washers as backing. I then hooked the bolt to a come-along which was hooked to my truck's hitch where the safety chains hook. It came off in a matter of minutes. I needed to drill three holes to complete the process. I spent another hour using a 3-M wheel to remove the adhesive. I will finish up tomorrow.
