used to wash and wax my crestliner all the time.. looked awesome

I pulled the boat out of storage and washed it up! Thinking of further cleaning the exterior, possibly waxing and was curious what people use...

Is it worth the effort to rub wax on and buff it or do you guys tend to use a spray wax and wipe off/buff by hand?

I have an aluminum boat, not fiberglass if that matters...
