I would agree here with running off your starting battery. I also agree with Shep, that depending on how much you are running, a dual purpose battery might be a better fit than a starting battery. When my last starting battery was replaced, I went to a dual purpose as well, as I found on a week long trip in Canada, the charging system on the outboard was not enough to fully charge the battery. Went dual purpose and have not had any issues since.
Electronics don't draw much power, but if you think about it, many out there are now running 2 - 3 pieces of electronics all day, along with a livewell, navigation, stereo, marine radio... it adds up.
