Do not use the TM battery for your locator/chart.

Use the starting battery as suggested above. They don't use a ton of juice, and should get you through the day without a problem, and you aren't running a livewell all day.. Always charger your batteries after your get off the water at the end of the day.

If you do have an issue, then upgrade to a dual purpose battery.
