Location: Hayward, WI		I don't pull a boat that big, and I tow with a 1/2 ton pickup - extended cab 6.5' box.

I'd be pretty leery of pulling a boat of that length and weight with the Jeep. Power to pull is only one thing to consider. I'd want something with a longer wheel base to pull a loaded 620. I think the Yukon would be my choice in the vehicles you listed.
