I am interested in the 24 volt version of the Xi5. Planning to order a new boat soon and get the Lowrance HDS touch units to link to the trolling motor. I'm sure we'll be hearing a lot more feedback on the Xi5's this year as people get more experience with them.

My current trolling motor is a Motorguide Tour Addition 24 volt, 80 lb unit. Everyone that fishes with me comments on how quiet the motor is compared to other brands. I'm very happy with it.

I upgraded from the Motorguide Freshwater series and the Tour Addition costs about twice as much but is probably four times better.....IMO.
