I have a 2001 triton tr 21 that came with triton 3 bank charger. The 3 bank charger lights up green 2 of 3 (trolling motor batteries). 3rd one hit or miss. Found out starting battery needed to be replaced before winterizing boat so put new battery in. Does anyone know if this is a good 3 bank charger to use/problems etc.? My 2 trolling motor batteries are OPTIMA® Batteries 8052-161 - D31M Group 31 BLUETOP® Dual Purpose batteries. Had one outing in Canada where it was windy and lasted 7 hours and drained dead. Usually can go 11+ hours before dying. Has anyone had problems with these batteries? Trying to figure out if batteries are going/not good brand or charger sucks or is problem. Also what 3 bank minkota charger would u guys reccommend if its the charger? Trolling motor Batteries about 3 seasons old. Any help would be apprecciated.
