Location: Rhinelander, Wisconsin		What isn't legal is for me to suggest you should repower at more than the boat is rated for. In the case of the Lund, no larger tiller motor existed at the time, so the rating was based upon availability, not USCG formula. Insurance and liability may also be an issue.
