I'd also opt for the ProV's over the Tyee. Also, look at the GL models. Awesome boats. Either way, tandem axle Bunk trailer. Hate rollers.

Opti or Verado? Opti and ProXS will have slightly better hole shot and economy. Verado is quiet, and has good power.

I'd go 101 36V and i-Pilot on the Terrova. Electronics is personal choice. I've been a Lowarance guy, but would look hard at the HB and I-Link.
