Hiya,

Before doing anything, I think it would be best to first know where the oil is leaking from. Checking the seal behind the prop is definitely a big one, but only if that is where the oil is coming from. I would also be checking the seal washer that is on the lower drain plug to the lower unit. If that has not been replaced in some time, it could potentially be the issue, which really...is no issue at all. When you change the oil in the spring, change out the seal, and be on your way.

Biggest thing here is tracing the line of oil to the leak...
