Location: north central wisconsin | I'm not sure what your spending limit is or how long you plan to keep the boat, but there is little doubt that a custom cover will eventually pay for itself, especially if you plan to tow the rig with it on. Gordy Keiser at Midstate upholstry in Wisconsin Rapids, made and amazing cover for my Ranger tiller. It's the Ranger style with the strap strung through, connecting in the back, with one belly strap. Not to toot his horn too loudly, but Gordy is getting a reputation for being one of the better boat cover fabricators in the midwest. Now, if you don't want to spend upwards of $750 on a cover, one of the pre made covers as mentioned above, should suit your needs. If I was buying one today on my budget, I'd be looking at the pre-fabs. If money was not an option and I wanted the best, I'd call Gordy.
