seadek will do any custom cut you come up with and they can in lay logos pics etc... I had a wakeboarding boat and had seadek custom cut wood grain look alike for a fake teak swim platform it was pretty sweet

It very friendly to the bare feet knees and slip resistant, but I cant say for sure once it gets cold out late fall how slip resistant it will be if rain freezes on it but nothing is slip proof then ice will coat anything
