Thanks Shep. One thing I forgot to add is that when I start the motor up cold, if I put it in gear too soon it will conk out. That has been happening for months and months...but then things run fine once it's warmed up I guess.

Is that indicative of any of the things you mentioned?

The bulb is very hard. I'm gonna compare it to some of my buddies boats and see if that's the way their's are too. Maybe that's the issue.

How would water get in the fuel?
