Due to my lake restriction back in Missouri,i have run a 40 for many years. My last rig was a '13 G3 V164C with 40 yam 4stroke. If i remember, think i could top out around 30mph with ss prop. 2 people,musky gear about 27mph. You can go to g3boats . com to get boat specs to compare to your lund.

As with any rig,the correct prop makes it work.
