If you continually fish with other people, I would say drop your pitch by 2". It will help your hole shot tremendously, but the sacrifice will be your top end. No matter what you do, there will be a compromise somewhere.

If you want to try some other props, I would suggest trying a solas 3 blade propeller. It will have a thinner blade with some tail edge cupping, and by their casting process, you get a stronger prop than standard stock cast aluminum prop.
