I spent last winter replacing the carpet and a section of the floor in my Tuffy Esox LTD and while it was a lot of work, I was happy with the results. The boat looked great. Don't skimp on carpet quality, you want it to last as long as possible! Lots of good info out there on the web, google and you-tube were very helpful.
