What I meant is my skimmer ducer hangs down aways. If I eyeball both sides of the lss-2 it apoears a small amount of the skimmer ducer will be in the way and possibly get in the way of the side scan. Thank you for the other input


Your thinking is right on that because I can clearly see my down rod baits if I submerge the rods while trolling (it also picks up a little bit of interference (non-issue) on the port side only when it’s running).

I don't think it will be a problem though like Esoxfly says, and even if it is you could always move the skimmer later.
