Dont back the trailer in the water so far and winch it on as others have said. I have same trailer and this is the best way to load.
I will idle my boat onto the trailer and allow it to hold in place while I attach the winch strap, but then winch the rest of the way up. it gets on straight every time provided the landing is level and there isnt cross current.
