Farmer Rick is right. If you are getting the correct voltage after a full charger(12.6+\-) then you should put an amp clamp on your wires going from the charger to battery and check the amperage. Make sure that you check amperage when in a charging state; meaning the charger is giving a full charge (red lights), not maintaining( blinking green lights). This ensures that the charger is putting out max amps. If you do not have a multimeter with an amp clamp you can buy one at a home store for less than fifty Bucks. I leave on in my tools on my boat. You will have electrical issues and will be hard pressed to figure out what they are with out one.
