I can tell ya that it is a pain in the tush. Having same problem since late last year. Siliconed screws including bolts on kicker. Took hoses apart and cleaned rubber seals of debris. Let water sit after getting water in on last outing. Not a drip going out.
And just today I was thinking hey maybe water pump. Thanks Sworrall. Will make it next check. Livewell does fill up as well. But not as bad as in beginning.
