Location: Home of the 2016 World Series Champion Cubs		Exxon Valdeez oil spill and Gulf of Mexico oil drilling dissaster had a common cleanup element......Dawn dish washing liquid. To clean water fowl and other marine aviary along with otters seals etc of heavy coats of petroleum. Thats my first option for cleaning petroleum based messes.
