Hey guys! For starters I will say that I've fished out of a buddy's fishhawk for a few years now and am for sure picking one up! I have a bro in law selling his 2003 1750 with a yammy f115. Took it for a drive tonight and its a nice rig for the price. I have a few concerns though, first off I dont know squat about yamaha! Good, bad, issues? How many hrs is too many? Second, the transom trim cap is popped out in a v shape on the inside of the motorwell right in the middle and the screw on top is halfway out. Any ideas on the cause? Theres no other damage back there to indicate anything but i do know he uses the built in motor lock when trailering. Otherwise a few cosmetic things but the package comes with a minnkota pd55 and an hds5 for 9k. The deal is contingent on the dealers report on hrs and motor health along with whatever is going on with the transom. Any opinions on the package are appreciated!
