I have a 2004 618 tiller with a 90 Johnson/Suzuki, and I like it very much.
Top speed is 33 to 35 depending on load.
I have the enginesteer power steering that I wouldn't be without.
I'm not sure what all you want to know, but I imagine you would be happy with the Ranger.
