Location: MN		Put an ozone generator in there and leave it running a few days, prefereably enclose the boat as with your cover or a tarp. It will oxidize the odor and kill and mold or mildew or bacteria. If you try to do it with a spray odor eliminator you'll have to know what the source of the odor is and make sure you get it, and probably have to reapply. Spraying Lysol or something will prevent additional odor from forming but will not do much to neutralize the odor that already exists.
