will group 24's work with 70lb terrova or too small?
Yes it will work. But you will have less run time as you would with a larger group. Will that run time be enough? Really depends on how heavily they are used. Most cases yes, unless you are battling wind and current all day. I don't think anyone here can tell you if they can last a day or a half day, etc without know more about the way you use the unit, the amount of thrust applied, weight of boat, etc.
