Try to find a Bracket Pro. Not sure if Robert still makes them or not.

Panther lift is another, more expensive option.

I've seen some use a length of 2X4 under the tilt, and snug the motor down with a ratchet strap. If you go too tight on the strap, you run the risk of breaking the motor mount over time.
