Thanks Travis for the insight. After further investigation, I found that I have a "Y" cable connecting a dual beam thru hull transducer and the side/down imaging transducer. I wasn't aware of this and only found out after calling boat dealer. I also forgot that a friend of mine has a 798 and he is willing to loan me to swap in and see if it is working. If it doesn't, then I need to disconnect "Y" cable and connect transducers individually to control head to see if they are working. After locating the cable and all, this is going to be a royal pain in the, well you know what as it is buried under the console.

Travis let me know if that fixes your problems.
