Your problem might be not enough motor...regardless of prop size/pitch.

If your motor is running well, I am afriad you do not have enough motor. From my experience if the motor cant plane you out if a prop thats to agggresive then its a very long shot that a new prop will be the magic maker. I wont say it never happens but if you are getting only hull displacment speed with the 25 it will be real tough to get her out of the hole.

Still play around with the basic setup, but i wouldnt go putting alot of money in props if after having the correct motor setup hasnt solved anything.

It might be time for a larger motor
