Location: Madison, WI | That is exactly what I was looking for, thanks! I am just looking to share Sonar and Waypoints between these 2 units.
When I got a free moment I also called Lowrance and they reiterated what you mentioned, that all I needed was the ethernet cable part number (0127-29).
I didn't know that the Structure Scan ran off of ethernet, nor was I aware that the touch had 2 ethernet ports. Either way, the people I was dealing with did not instill any confidence in their abilities.
Just for my knowledge:
Is the expansion port you mentioned the same as the "box" you talked about needing if you wanted to share more than just waypoints and Sonar? Also, this may be a dumb question, but what can you share besides Sonar and Waypoints? |
