Hiya,

I have not heard very good things about hustler props. I have not used them myself, so I really cannot say good or bad....

If you do some searching on Ebay, you can get some really good deals for props. There are a few of them on there right now... OMC renegade, Shooter, ballistic 4 blades, etc, in sizes anywhere from 13-1/4 in diameter to 14-1/2 in diameter.

My gut says 14-1/2 x 17 in a renegade or similar design. Something with good trailing edge and tip cupping.

The 13-1/4 shooter models I think might be too small diameter for a 17 pitch (I don't think they even make them that low of pitch). I turn a 13-1/2 x 18 in a smaller hub on my 90hp.

You have options from mercury as well if the prop has an exchangeable hub system in it too..
