My new Alumacraft has arrived at the dealer. I went in last week to check it out and bring my electronics to have rigged.
They had put the F90 on the transom and I noticed a thick white caulk/sealant all the way around the mounting bracket. It was not even a smooth bead (1/2 inch wide) and looked terrible.
Is this normal? I thought sealant was just used on the bolt/bolt holes?
thank's,
Jay
