Location: minocqua, wi		I should add that I'm really not sure whether there's any difference in the two units internally, and its entirely possible that you could hook either type of transducer up to either box and it would function fine as is or by loading different software on the unit.

You could call HB and ask about that if you were concerned with being able to switch at a later date.
