Location: Oregon, WI		I broke one off years ago (mid 90's) on a johnson 30hp and they were able to weld a new one on. When they were done you couldn't tell any work was done. Remember the cost being around $100 and that included fixing the prop that was damaged in the same incident. Would imagine it would cost much more now though.
