Location: Rhinelander, Wisconsin		Cut off hardwood dowels the correct diameter to fill the holes, soak 'em in catalyzed resin, and tap 'em into the holes. Then fill the area left with any good polyester based filler, let that kick and sand it smooth, then do the tape repair with gel coat. New.
