I just did a 16' Fisher last summer. To be honest, I'm not sure I'd do it again. I couldn't even tell you how many hours I had into that thing. I knew there was a lot of carpet, but it totaled over 350 sf and 50 different pieces of carpet. The end result turned out awesome, but it is a serious investment in time. If you have the space and don't like ice fishing it could be a good winter project.
