Location: Contrarian Island | maybe look into a 4 stroke suzi? as you noted you'll have to switch out controls...but...4 strokes are nice...how long do you plan to keep the boat plays into it... if you plan to keep it 5+ yrs maybe go new so you get the warranty..suzi offered 6 yrs when i got mine...that's a lot of piece of mind tho it has 375 hours on it and it hasn't missed a beat...maybe call some dealers for leftover Optis sitting around? I'd lean towards new just for the warranty and if anything goes wrong you get to drop it off and say "fix it"....
