Has anyone ever seen a boat seat that can adjust from a regular chair height up to a casting height? I have myopathy in my legs from taking a statin cholesterol medicine and found out recently its permanent damage. I like to sight fish but can't stand for any length of time, and the casting height/butt seats don't work very well either for me.

Just wondering if there is anything like this on the market? An adjustable boat seat that fits into a pedestal would be best but if that doesn't exist, maybe some other kind of chair that I can modify.

Any suggestions greatly appreciated...
