Location: Madison, WI		i had the same problem with my 80# terrova and followed my wires. turned out my batteries were correct wired at 24v but there was a terminal block i didnt see that had the wires reversed there so it actually was only running on 12v. i switched it back and bingo! full power is a huge difference i more than doubled my top speed.
